“ This is my experience with this tavern when I was in the Springs area stationed at Fort Carson. In the 80s and 90s there was an Amoco station that was next to Trivelli's, but I see it is gone now. Glad to see the gas station is gone as it was run by a crooked owner named Bill. That ripped off people in the area. Hope the owner is in jail?!? With that said. Trivelli's at the time I was in Springs until I retired from Fort Carson, Colorado in 2006 was the go-to spot for excellent hoagies and sides. The building itself is small, meaning it doesn't offer indoor dining. All orders are take out only, but there are lines at certain periods of the day and early evening. The food is worth the wait. I will miss this place as it was a place one could go for excellent food and service at a great price. Being Trivelli's is still open in 2024 is a testament to their food and service. Since moving to Minnesota I haven't found a place like Trivelli's. Thank you for the memories. :) ”
“ This place is tremendous! Had the Italian hoagie, classic cheesesteak and meatball hoagie. All 3 were super flavorful and fresh! Steak is light and not at all greasy. Amoroso bread was light and soft and perfectly compliments the 'meat' of the sandwich. Will definitely be back to try more of their offerings. Thank You Trivelli's for the experience and for doing hoagies the right way! ”
“ Super nice guy named Daniel made my sandwich. I got the turkey sandwich it was great, the bread was fresh, meat was tasty and all the fixing on the sandwich made it melt in my mouth. I live on the north end of town but today I happened to be on Nevada and I’m super glad I did. I was excited to see a Pepsi refrigerator but disappointed that they had Coke Products in it. To thank for being around since 1976 ”
